Syrco Bakker, ranked in top 100 worldchefs

The Best Chef Awards 2017 were handed out in Warsaw, Poland on October 25th, our EARTH ambassador Syrco Bakker, Michelin-starred chef from Pure C*, is listed as the 96th best chef in the world!

 

 Syrco Bakker

Born in Veghel and grew up in the beautiful Oisterwijk, Syrco Bakker quickly unveiled his talent in cooking. His unique and pure style has already awarded this young chef many prizes and titles, including:

- The Zilveren Champignon

- A Michelin star for Pure C*

- 17,5 points in GaultMillau

- Top 50 in OAD Fresh List 2015 of Europe’s best restaurants. 

 

 

Last September 2017, EARTH Water brought Syrco Bakker to China and he presented a pure Michelin dining experience for guests at Conrad Beijing and Waldorf Astoria Chengdu. It was an extremely successful event with an incredible culinary journey.
