Check out this NEW opening of Oxalis!

Oxalis is the new French bistro led by Jonas Noël. Previously, Oxalis was operated under The Waterhouse hotel and closed after a short run in February this year. It reopened this October at One Museum Place. 

Jonas started with Michel Bras, studied Nordic cuisine in Michelin starred restaurant in Norway and worked as sous chef at Caprice in Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong before to make his way to L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Shanghai. He is the chef you would like to experience. 

The new Oxalis is more a high-end brasserie and have a mix of French, Nordic, and Chinese influences. With EARTH Water on the table as their exclusive water, guests can enjoy some fine food at this casual upscale restaurant.
