On Fire! The Chop Chop Club

The Chop Chop Club, Shanghai's newest hot spot is Now Open! A casual take by Paul Pairet on global and honest home cooking, paired together with EARTH Water!

 

This carvery restaurant at Three on the Bund is a collaborative effort between the team at UNÏCO and Paul Pairet. (The founder, partner and chef de cuisine of restaurants Mr & Mrs Bund and Ultraviolet.)

 

The nightly-changing menu of 7 or 8 meat mains which are whole chickens, lambleg, enormous turbot, ox tail, pork belly is prepared and available at specific, 15-minute time intervals, screened on a big flatscreen monitor. Once the given menu item has been snapped up, it can be ordered by the guests. 

  

 

For now, The Chop Chop Club is accepting only limited bookings and have a 50% off an extensive selection of drinks from 6pm until 7.30pm.
