Michelin Starred Chef by EARTH Water

EARTH Water has been working closely with Waldorf Astoria Chengdu and Conrad Beijing. The coming 2 weeks, EARTH Water will bring Syrco Bakker, Dutch Michelin starred chef from Pure C, to these 2 impressive hotels for an incredible culinary journey!

 

Born in Veghel and grew up in the beautiful Oisterwijk, Syrco Bakker quickly unveiled his talent in cooking. His unique and pure style has already awarded this young chef many prizes and titles, including:

  • The Zilveren Champignon
  • A Michelin star for Pure C*
  • 17,5 points in GaultMillau
  • A top 10 spot in ‘Lekker’
  • Top 20 in ‘Elsevier’

Waldorf Astoria Chengdu

Waldorf Astoria Chengdu is the newest luxury hotel in Chengdu, and EARTH Water has been served since the openiing. From September 21 to 23, Chef Syrco Bakker will bring a pure Michelin dining experience for Limited Edition Grill guests on the 51st floor.

 

Conrad Beijing

Conrad Beijing is a big supporter of EARTH Water and on 27-28 of September, Chef Syrco Bakker will join with the team of 29 Grill from Conrad Beijing for 2 days where he will be presenting a 10- course menu of his inspired and exacting creations.
